Feedback will be non-existent and I will only contact you when it is done, and no revisions will be possible - just like a real gacha experience...⚠️ As this is a SKEB-styled request, please be warned that you will recieve no updates until completion, and cannot specify poses. You can still specify the general feeling and provide keywords, but the only reference you can provide is for the subject! Your request may also be subjected to experimentation.

Doodling comes for free with every Omakase/skeb request - but here, you can be more specific about what you want! It just won't be drawn well at all, and that's my promise to you.⚠️ Please note that I will not be depicting heavy or accurate details. The TOS Agreement is a more formal writing of the FAQ page, plus some good-faith expectations. Normally you will not have to read this document if you just want an illustration for personal use, but as a precaution or a failsafe, this document is attached to every invoice!
Not every artist is the same, so there are bound to be some unique rules and conditions for the services I provide and images I make - this page is meant to give the quick rundown of some notable points that might be important to most clients!

🛍️ Difference between Paypal and Stripe
Both methods do not need a dedicated account; you can pay with card information directly. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ASK FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY PAYMENTS/DONATIONS AND I WILL ONLY SEND INVOICES THROUGH PROVIDED EMAILS.
Paypal is a widely popular payment processor that is capable of receiving payments from almost everywhere. This is preferred if Stripe is not available in your country, which can be checked here. The platform fee is 3.49% + .49 cents per invoice.
Stripe is a merchant platform that is more direct than Paypal. This is the default method, but this option may not be accessible for everyone. The platform fee is 2.9% + .30 cents per invoice.
🎫 Discount Information
Requests that fit certain criteria will have discounts applied to the subtotal! Multiple may be applied additively. They are always available all year round (ex: you can request a Halloween-themed image in May and have the discount):
Holiday Themed - 10% - Any recognized holiday of cultural significance (NO birthdays)
Lineart Only - 20% - Lineart may be colored.
Flatly Colored - 15% - Color only. Lineart may be colored, and soft gradients may be applied.
Cel-shading - 5% - No rendering of complex shadows or lights - simple only. Lineart may be colored.

Service Restriction and Policies
❌ The following factors/conditions will result in me turning down/ignoring your request with 100% certainty:
Large batches of works or sketches. If you intend to have me draw regularly for your project, please consider hiring me in an official capacity, as this will be more convenient.
Heavy mecha, or extremely technical-detail oriented works.
Being under 18 years of age. What the hell are you doing on an adult's page???
Violent/shock NSFW, right-wing/hate ideologies, non-con sexual themes and requests.
Unsolicited offers or trading/purchasing with alternative/decentralized currency.
Having a background in AI/ML/NFT/For-Profit Schemes.
Wanting expedited progress/Request has a deadline within 4 weeks
Begging, haggling, and/or emotional manipulation
Request to complete other people's WIPs (even if you have written permission)
💬 And there are several things to keep in mind with me:
My rest days are January 10 ~ 15, Holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays (no updates on those days!)
Holidays include US holidays and Chuseok (Sept. 17)
Regular commissions are closed on the month of December! Smaller commissions will only be accepted. You can be put on a waitlist and be contacted sometime in January.
Tipping may be done through the invoice or Ko-fi (which you can find in the header!)
Payment methods include Stripe (default) or Paypal, via invoice system.

🌠 Expedited Requests
While you cannot pay for a request to be expedited, certain requests are considered 'simple' due to size and style, and generally see a much faster turnover than a larger illustration, mostly dependent on the frequency of feedback and current workload after invoicing! Such requests include:

Static Emote/Icons/Stickers
Lineart-discounted requests
Doodles
🐲LARGE Projects
To my discretion, large projects are requests that may take longer than expected to complete, due to sheer size, time, and effort that may have to be expended. I will only take one at a time and require at least two months for completion! This includes large icon sets that have to be split up.
🗝️ NDA / Don't post my request Policy
NDA agreements are a flat 100 USD fee! I will not be able to share the product on any of my social medias, and the only place the work will have presence on my end is the Trello, where you may prefer to track the work's progress! The card will have your name or keywords only!
✏️ Revision Policy
Revisions may be done at any point, BUT:
Two major revisions (changing the image drastically, but not completely) are allowed!
Minor revisions are indefinite! (making minor adjustments and fixing errors/inconsistencies)
Revisions are allowed in good faith. Abusing my trust in you will result in a cancellation and a partial refund.
♻️Refund Policy
All invoices are expected to be paid in full before ANY progress occurs, as a method of preventing malicious chargebacks and in form of a service deposit. After payment you may request a refund, which are as follows:
Immediate - 95% Refund (for platform fees and time spent communicating)
Sketch and refinement - 80% Refund
Lineart - 30% Refund (FLAT)
Flat coloring/preparation - 10% Refund (FLAT)
Partial rendering - 5% Refund (FLAT)
📔 Digital Commercial Broadcast and Distribution (2x)
Digital commercial broadcast usage and distribution is charged by 2x the final charge!
This is defined as usage that stays exclusively digital, but can be distributed or used in promotion of a brand that results in monetization, or profits, for you.
Emotes are priced separately in the main commission page!
(Example: sub-only emotes, sponsorships, event promotion, exclusive assets, paid digital wallpaper, etc)
📔 Physical Commercial Broadcast and Distribution (3x)
Physical commercial broadcast usage and distribution usage is charged by 3x the final charge!
This is defined as usage that may promote a brand, or be used for a brand in a monetized instance that is physical, such as manufactured merchandise or physical media covers/decals.
(Example: billboards, physical album covers, mug images, stickers, printables, etc.,)
Client Usage of Requested Work
This section is exclusively for clients and their requested work! If you did not pay for your artwork, this section isn't for you.

💐 Client Use Policies (all)
Clients may do the following with their finished project from me, provided that they credit me when it is used and does not break agreements in the TOS document:
May use it as a "Profile Picture", "Banner", "Stream scene (unmonetized)", and other similar instances.
May use it for personal-only items on physical objects, which include but are not limited to: mugs, posters, magnets, and journal covers. As long as you are not selling the work for profit and are using it in an exclusive, personal manner, it's all fine!
Transform it as they please (as long as it does not incriminate or harass anyone, with malicious intent)
Share via repost/reupload.
What's a Quick 1/2?
This is a type of service that has a very specific, default-looking style that doesn't come with complicated lighting or shadows. I don't count it as a regular illustration service, since it's meant to be a very fast way of getting a character to have a fleshed appearance instead of being stuck as a concept - but people have found other ways of finding use for this kind of portrait outside of just being a clean depiction. There are several restrictions and conditions that come with this to keep it from being overwhelming for me:
In the examples above, a specific style is only allowed - solid ink lines and colors in neutral light, with occasional glows, in a cel-shaded style with light gradients. No special color palettes or backgrounds are allowed.
Portraits are considered per unique appearance. (ex: "Joker" and "Ren Amamiya" may be considered unique appearances - even if they are the same person, the appearance is different enough.)
Simple subjects are 15 USD, while complicated subjects are 25 USD.
Requesting portraits with different facial expressions is free.
The default size is usually under 1000px, and is adjusted for larger subjects.
Small subjects such as hamsters and cats may be depicted in its entirety (my discretion!)
I will do my best to draw, but please keep in mind that because this service is fast and simple, I cannot guarantee that the work will come out with peak swag and unmatchable rizz.
Reservations are not allowed.
Multiple poses with an identical-appearing subject is not allowed. (ex: NO visual novel-style portrait sprites of multiple poses of the same person in the same outfit will be permitted.)
Only close friends are allowed to workshop with me, but will be charged 25 USD and won't be considered for expedited progress due to requiring massive amounts of feedback.
Policy for Regular Works/Non-Commission

Online roleplay usage. I don't want any of my personal or fan works to be used, at the risk of misinterpretation of me or my projects. No negotiation.
Being used as representation for HATE campaigns or groups that advocate for the harassment of a real individual or group. For the record, I support LGBTQA+, civil and labor, and the rights of people to live.
Mass-production or redistribution as merchandise.
Falsely impersonating me, or fraudulent displaying. If you use my works as a study, please disclose this information to avoid misunderstandings.
