The TOS Agreement is a more formal writing of the FAQ page, plus some good-faith expectations. Normally you will not have to read this document if you just want an illustration for personal use, but as a precaution or a failsafe, this document is attached to every invoice!

Not every artist is the same, so there are bound to be some unique rules and conditions for the services I provide - this page is meant to give the quick rundown of some notable points that might be important to most clients!

The following conditions will result in me turning down and ignoring your request:
❌ Asking for large batches of larger works, or sketches
❌ Asking for mecha or frame-by-frame animation (I have skill issue sorry)
❌ Asking for violent/shock NSFW, non-consensual depictions, right-wing/hate ideologies
❌ Making unsollicited offers or trading/purchasing with alternative/decentralized currency
❌ Having a background in AI/ML/NFT/For-Profit Schemes
❌ Wanting expedited progress/Request has a deadline within 4 weeks
❌ Begging, haggling, and/or emotional manipulation
❌ Request to complete other people's WIPs

And there are several things to keep in mind with me:
💬 Rest days are January 10 ~ 15, Holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays (no updates on those days!)
💬 Regular commissions are closed on the month of December!
💬 Tipping may be done through the invoice or Ko-fi, which you can find in the header!
💬 Payment methods include Stripe (default) or Paypal, via invoice system.
💬 Updates, if not specified, will happen every Thursday!
💬 Quotes are free! You can also email me for commission-related inquiries!

🛍️ Difference between Paypal and Stripe
📘 Paypal is a widely popular payment processor that is capable of receiving payments from just about almost everywhere. While it's the more preferred method due to its popularity, the platform fee is 3.49% + .49 cents.
Recommended for those who are not listed on Stripe's availability page here!
🔮 Stripe is another payment processor. Payment is more direct. The platform fee is 2.9% + .30 cents!
Recommended because more of the money goes to me, but this option may not be accessible by everyone.Both methods do not need a dedicated account; you can pay with card information directly.

🎫 Discount Information 🎫
Requests that fit certain criteria will have discounts applied to the subtotal! Multiple may be applied additively. They are always available all year round (ex: you can request a Halloween-themed image in May and have the discount) :

🔹 Holiday-themed = 10% discount; Any recognized holiday (not national or birthdays)
🔹 Lineart only = 20% discount; Lineart only. Lineart may be colored!
🔹 Flat-color = 15% discount; Color only. Soft gradients may be sparsely applied.
🔹 Cel-shading = 5% discount; Solid shading only. Soft gradients may be sparsely applied.

💐 Client Use Policies
Clients may do the following with their finished project from me, provided that they credit me when it is used and does not break agreements in the TOS document:
🌷 May use it as a "Profile Picture", "Banner", and similar representation
🌷 Transform it as they please (as long as it does not incriminate anyone)
🌷 Share it via repost, reupload, and other similar methodology, so people may enjoy the work freely.

📔 Commercial Broadcast and Distribution Use
Commercial broadcast usage is charged by 2x the final charge!
This is defined as usage that may promote a brand, or be used for a brand in a monetized instance.
(Example: sub-only emotes, sponsorships, event promotion, exclusive assets, etc)Commercial distribution usage is charged by 3x the final charge!
This applies to physical or digital goods that may be distributed in exchange for profit - essentially selling the work.
(Example: exclusive goods, charms, apparel, things that may be sold to someone as a product)
Emotes are priced separately depending on the use, as listed in the comminfo page above!
Credit is also not necessary if you bought commercial rights, but is strongly recommended.

🗝️ NDA
NDA agreements are a flat 100 USD fee! I will not be able to share the product on any of my social medias, and the only place the work will have presence on my end is the Trello, where you may prefer to track the work's progress! The card will have your name or keywords only!

🃏 Quick Portraits
This service used to be limited to friends. With a barrage of examples now, this service is now open to strangers! There's some rules to adhere to so please mind them when requesting a quick portrait:🃏 Slots are limited to 4 a month, open from the 1st to the 24th.
🃏 Reservations for next month cannot be made. (If there is enough demand I may consider increasing slots/month)
🃏 Slots are per unique appearance. (EX: "Joker" and "Ren Amamiya" may be considered unique appearances even if they are the same person, and would take up 2 slots.)
🃏 All Quick Portraits are 15 or 25 USD, depending on the amount of details requested, for the first portrait.
🃏 Requesting separate images with different facial expressions is free.
🃏 Requesting additional, significant variants with the same appearance is 40 USD per addition. (EX: A portrait of a cat sitting and smiling is requested, as well as a portrait of the same cat now hissing and its hair bristled. The first portrait is 15 USD, and the second is an additional 40 USD, which means the invoice is 55 USD.) This applies to past requests done with me.
🃏 Quick portraits are done in only one particular style. They do not include backgrounds or extreme angles. Please check the examples page or email for examples!
🃏 Quality is not always guaranteed since these are meant to be fast. Please consider this!

✏️ Revision Policy
🔸 Revisions may be done at any point.
🔸 Two major revisions (changing the image drastically) are allowed!
🔸 Minor revisions are indefinite! (making very minor adjustments and fixing errors)
🔸 Revisions are allowed in good faith. Abusing effort and time will result in a cancellation and refund!

📌 Progress and Refund Policy ♻️
These are progress rates! In the interest of incentivizing clients to pay on time, progress is gated behind payment thresholds so that I may provide a suitable refund in the event that the commission is canceled for any reason:
📌 Refined sketch = 10% funded
📌 Lineart stage = 40% funded
📌 Flat color stage = 90% funded
📌 Rendering = 100% fundedAnd these are refund rates! They are different and imbalanced from progress rates, because I value my time and energy and would like to not operate at a loss.
♻️ Refined sketch = 90% Refund
♻️ Lineart stage = Flat 30% Refund
♻️ Flat coloring stage = Flat 10% Refund
♻️ Partial rendering = Flat 5% Refund
